@Kerwin Cabrera,I applaud your ambition and vision to take on a large project when you are new, but I think it's more a case of "You don't know what you don't know".

CA is a terrible place to be a W2 wage slave... but if you have some brains and ambition it is one of the best places on the planet.

KimOut of state renters don't fall into the ambit and scope of any of the listed  protected classes. 

Lauderdale and snowbirding at a beach house in the Bahamas.Also, having the ability to gift my children with starter homes in our immediate area is how I intend to fulfill my wife's primary ambition in life, which is to have her (eventual) grandchildren living nearby.

I have the skill set, I have the drive, I have the ambition, oh and I have the tools to make it happen, hehe!!!

It amazes me how often when I mention my real estate ambitions in passing it leads to a "oh, you should talk to so and so, or "oh, my friend has this place he's looking to sell"...Anyhow, I hear you about the small town thing, but I wouldn't let it slow you down.

There are a few other meetings on the North Shore, the NHREIA up in Manchester and lots of meetings south of the city too depending on your level of ambition in getting out there

Currently my ambitions are Bird-Dogging or wholesaling but ultimately I would like residential and commercial properties earning me a monthly income so I know I'll have the money to take care of my family in the future.

day 1 ambition...lol I can so relate 

That being said my ambitions are much grander than just simply supporting my mom/dad as they age.
