Hi, as I was looking back at my first introduction on BP it was in Jan 2014. It is now October 2014 and I have not gotten a deal done to date. I am currently marketing to probates. I have also marketed to absentee owners. My goal was to send out 1,000 letters and to maintain monthly follow up on the 1,000. As of this date I have only sent out 200 letters. I have not bought any leads, I do all the research myself. I have went out two meet with 3 sellers. I also have gotten calls from a few. With those calls they did not turn out to be a deal. Also one of the calls came from a bandit sign. I said all that to say this is not easy. Its very hard when you feel like your on your own with no support. I will keep moving forward regardless of the obstacles. Quitting is not a option.

@Felecia Sewell That's the right attitude to have. At the same time, you want to make sure that you're using your time to produce results, so the question is, what do you need to do to get results? When you met with the sellers, what was the problem? Should you be looking into another niche, dedicating more time to the current strategy, or ?

What is your local market like? Is there an abundance of vacant homes at good prices? Is it a tight market, etc.? You want to make sure you are working the strategy and niche that is possible in your specific market. You didn't ask for any advice so I hope you don't mind that I offered some.

Good luck!
