Sorry to say but a landlord that turns a blind eye to this behaviour is a bad business owner.I am not most landlords but you are right I say kick their thieving asses to the curb.You might think about firing your PM while you are at it too.Your tenants are steeling $300 every month from you and you believe it is OK because they give it back to you after 20 days without paying a cent in interest.

So, like playing a slot machine, you can either get lucky with just a few properties and have much lower expenses or you can be unlucky and have much higher expenses.But if you own a bunch of properties then it will all average out.
