Does anyone use budget software like Mint or Everydollar?  I have used a simple Excel spreadsheet and went to check one out, but not really comfortable with adding all of my bank user name and passwords just for automatic entries.  Thoughts??

I've used Mint since 2009.  I started when they were a private startup company.  They've since been bought out by Intuit, a publicly traded finance company, which I think is a good thing if you are worried about security.

I use it for personal finance stuff, and not rentals.  I keep track of rentals in Quickbooks.  As for security, of course you give up a bit of security by giving up your username/passwords.  However, as I have multiple credit cards, bank accounts, brokerages, etc., I felt the convenience outweighs the security risks.
