There are areas of CA that I would stay away from... like Barstow/outer high desert, northern CA, and the deep desert outside of San Diego, Mojave, etc.

Interlinking 15 blogs together IS black-hat UNLESS a user LEGITIMATELY gets value from doing so.For instance.If I have a blog about fishinga second blog about huntinga third blog about tying knotsa 4th blog about survival on a deserted islandand I write a post on my fishing blog how to fish, and I link it to the tying knots blog to a page on how to tie fishing knots, and that blog post is linked to my hunting blog about hunting for food in the wild, and that blog is linked to how to survive in the wild..is this "manipulating"?

Roof materials: I know in Phoenix, buyers like tile roofing best because they last 30 - 40 years in the dry desert climate and investors don't typically have to worry about factoring in repair costs for a home with tile roofing (if it's relatively new).
