My favorite way to find connections is to go on LinkedIn, search real estate investor, message them to meet for coffee.

So far I've marketed through FB groups, my REIA, my direct buyers list (mostly flippers), and LinkedIn.

I need to see that their picture on facebook or linked in matches what they look like in person.
