Need Marketing Ideas to Wholesale Land Contract

I currently have a 2+ acre double-parcel under contract (my 1st deal here in Georgia). It is located in an established residential area near SunTrust Park(Atlanta, Braves). Developement Potential is 6 SFHs (about $15,800/lot). So far I've marketed through FB groups, my REIA, my direct buyers list (mostly flippers), and LinkedIn. Just posted to Craigslist. Only a few people responded but no offers yet after 3 weeks. Are there any other places I'm missing? I've been targeting developers and small construction/investor firms. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!
