Go to local meetups, or join the local REIA in Westchester, and make some connections and see where your time or skills can be used to help a more experienced investor.

Are you a member of any local landlord group that you would recommend joining?

I'm actually joining a meetup this evening and am looking into local REIA mtgs as well.

I know it is similar to Instagram but there are so many real estate groups on Facebook that have (tens of) thousands of agents/investors/home buyers and once you join, you can market the property in general but also market the open house.

As far as joining a program, I can’t say yes or no, but would warn against shelling out a bunch of money for a course or mastermind.

I've been thinking about joining the BP community for a few weeks now.
