Jump to a few months ago, I started listening to the podcasts on the train on my way to work, and I got "the itch" again.

It's been a few months now that I've had the itch to actually control and steer my life towards a career I can actually be proud of 50 years down the road and be glad I started when I did.

@Ryan Landis very good point on hiring a broker by the hour.I am itched to build this as a software solution as I also want to do the same thing for my Tennessee rental properties as well. 

I have been itching to get into the Denver market (I love the area), but the price point there is soooo high, and it's really hard to find "investor friendly" deals :/

Again, I think there is a lot of opportunity in this neighborhood - so even if this owner isn't itching to sell, I'm hoping that the BP advice could be used in similar situations nearby.

I'm itching to get started in investing with small multi-families, but recognize that I need to get a solid team around me first (investor-friendly agent, RE attorney, contractor, etc.)

I caught the itch for real estate a year ago and have been reading a lot of books to learn as much as possible while I save.

The important thing is to close the other lines if you are leaving debt behind forever (not everyone agrees with that - but I respect that position a lot).If you really need to scratch that note itch, possibly drop a few thousand on a non-performing second and try to work it back to performing (many resources here-just follow the laws, onboard with a server even if you are going to the grunt work!).

I have been a student for the past couple of years, so i have no capital free to invest, but I'm itching to get into rental property investing, and have even found some deals, but lacking the funding havent gotten anywhere.

I have always had an itch to get into real estate but never had a clue on where to begin.
