Book Recommendations: Deep Dive Books

Hello!

I caught the itch for real estate a year ago and have been reading a lot of books to learn as much as possible while I save. I have started to notice that most of the books I come across are a lot of general strategy and “fluff” information when it comes to financing strategy’s and the nitty gritty details.

I studied finance/statistics in school and also took the real estate classes my school offered. I guess I’m more of a numbers person and wanted to get more info on actual financing terms, strategy’s, execution, just the whole process in greater detail.

Can anyone recommend any books or information that might align with this? I’m not opposed to reading school textbooks, however dry. Thanks for the help in advance!
