I don't now if it's a honest mistake or intelligent fraud , but it's a lesson for all of us that - anything that's not legally binding is worthless.Its fascinating but crooks usually , make sure that there is no legal recourse.

Hello Everyone,I have been fascinated reading about the BRRR Strategy and trying to get a hold of some properties in my area. 

I don't doubt you but I am fascinated that could happen.

Currently, I am operating a large seasonal vacation rental in Santorini, Greece, and have similar experience in other vacation markets across the Northeast.

I have not been able to stop thinking of all the fascinating things I learned.

Some parts of the 19th Ward, City outside of Greece/Gates and Irondequoit, near the hospitals and major employers.

Just like buying real estate, these cosmetic "value-add" rental properties are the best because they show poorly and most people don't want to rent them from the landlord or put in the effort to fix them up.I hope that's helpful.Thanks @Ethan Cooke - that’s tremendously helpful and quite fascinating!
