LOL I have been on and off bigger pockets since 2017 with my first email which was my college email.

I mean, if you’re like me and don't like to drink, drive, fly, eggs, enjoy reading by flickering candlelight, and prefer living in a tent in your buddy’s backyard (I actually did this in college) then you are good to go.
