Start figuring out how to buy your first house before trying to figure out how to run an empire. 

I have been investing in real estate in the inland empire for about 2 years now.  

It is the Inland Empire Real Estate Investor Club which meets at the Mission Inn on the 4th Wednesday of the month.

Find a Realtor that also manages property and/or owns local investment properties.Many of our local boutique real estate brokerages start as just that, and eventually move into managing their real estate empires and drop the traditional real estate agent portion of their business.

I recently visited a real estate club in the inland empire area "Wealth Builders".

There is simply no empirical evidence supporting that claim.  

My decision may not be popular here on biggerpockets with the number of members looking for massive income and empire building strategies using leverage....
