Hi everyone!

My name is Sonia, currently living in California but in the process of moving back to the Pacific Northwest.

I have experience in buying several homes but purely for my and my family’s primary residence.

I am  currently trying to buy a good property for our home base. Easy access to I-90 and 405 is important. Looking in the areas of Bellevue, Newcastle and Issaquah.

Any other areas you recommend? Do you suggest contacting a wholesaler or a real estate broker?

Thanks!
