We build out massive websites that are 20,000+ pages each highly specified with long-tail keywords combined with 50-100 smaller cities within a geographic region of interest.

Based on my age and future goals, I may not want to wait for the cash flow from the tail starting in month 121.

No big deal, saved (deferred) a ton on federal taxes and ended up owing a couple thousand in PA taxes.I’m a big believer in not letting the tax tail wag the dog.

Hi @Daniella SanchezIf you look at Google Trends you can see that historically searches for homes for sale drop throughout this time of year but skyrocket right at the very end of the year (and rise from there) - maybe because people at the tail end of the holiday season people have some time off and are eager to get started on their home buying plans for the next year.
