Any thoughts on value of the tail from a partial?

I'm considering selling a partial 120 month term on a loan I have in my portfolio which as approx 250 months left to maturity. Based on my age and future goals, I may not want to wait for the cash flow from the tail starting in month 121.

I'm wondering what the value of the tail would be and if that is a marketable asset. I know that much of this is based on the specific loan numbers, but any thoughts on what a total income from the tail of $45K from 2029 to 2040 would need to be discounted to be attractive to a buyer?

@Mike Jones

Agree with mike, put it in excel with a rate and determine what it is worth. Challenge to is if it pays off early make sure you put e reverse amortization table together so if borrower paid it off in month 60 what does that person get.
