Bacogno Brother - I recommend travelling to a couple different cites and seeing which one you like the best and which makes the most economical sense.

I have a 4-unit property up in Cape Coral, FL that is currently wrapping up construction. I've been approached by a couple of sober living facilities and would perhaps prefer an independent living provider if possible...

My issue with Bako is that the cheap houses are in pretty rough areas, and are likely to remain cheap.

I just don't want to continuously travel here.

I bought mine because it was cool and cheap, the in garage deliveries were just a bonus. 

The new build Homes i recommend are fairly cheap and the HOAs are investor friendly with no restrictions to rent. 

Cheap curtains hung up on the first floor, a welcome mat, lights on a timer, battery operated fake candles on a timer, big size 11 men's shoes and big men's jacket hung by the front door, two empty dog bowls, a tie out in the back yard (for a dog), fan on a timer, foldable table and chairs with a tablecloth and centerpiece, and radio playing on a timer.  

Hello:I am looking into listing my Single family home (1 Bed/1 Bath + shared living space/kitchen) on Furnished Finder for traveling professionals (likely nurses).

While I do tell people they should have travel insurance, especially planning a trip to SWFL during hurricane season, I also try to be understanding under special circumstances.  

It's not cheap, but it's totally worth it for me.
