What is their biggest struggle?

I like Colorado and don't particularly want to spend too much time away haha But I'll be lucky to be able to meet tons of homeowners and hear lots of different stories and hopefully earn enough trust to hear some of their struggles and be able to help them on a higher level as well.  

You will find out how it feels to not have my mentorship, and that starts right now, so if you would, get the F*** out of my home.Of the few people I’ve described our experience to, many have struggled to believe that a mentor figure would behave in such a way.

I'll try to find another to work with, my Realtor has very bad connections (which may explain why he has been struggling as a Realtor lol I'm trying to help him out as I go along, so far he's learning some things from me and I'm more new to all this than he is haha).

Our struggle here is mostly infrastructure and quality of life due to the influx of new people.

Hello We recently bought a home in Round Rock, Tx, 78681, 3200 sq SFH that we are struggling to get rented for 7 weeks now and couldn't find a suitable tenant.

We struggled with two sets of bad tenants for about four years and ultimately made as many mistakes as we could possibly get our hands on.

This is where I struggle because after a few attempts so far I have been unable to remotely convince the seller of this being in their favor or being a good idea.
