They sent me the three page section of VA State Fire Prevention Code that indicated I needed to be within 150 ft of a road that was 20ft wide.I'm not trying to get one up on anybody and I for sure don't want to be a sore loser, but I get the sense that the planner/fire marshall are being pressured to not let me build.

We are about to close on an apartment complex purchase with a local bank.The only sore point for me in the deal is a 1% penalty inserted by lender if property is refinanced with another bank anytime in the future but no penalty if refinanced with them or sold outright.Is this pretty standard or am I right to continue pushing for the clause to be removed ?
