Hi, long time listener, first time caller, I just made this account today to post.I'm starting my final year of undergrad with a job offer to work remotely at a small tech company.

How about if this is done remotely?

In the past, I have owned residential real estate in remote locations ( other countries than my own ) and been successful in buy-and-flip, buy-and-hold, and some simple small-townhouse developments.

Or if there was a good property management software that included accounting as a feature!

While my work is remote and I can move, my husband works in person.

Assuming you're contracting it out make sure you get multiple bids and I'd do the bare minimum inside or do that yourself (unless you're going to make it a hangout spot as a feature for guests - could also do this over time as you see increased cash flow).

Hey @Andrew Steffens, well for me it wouldn't be something I would look at.A remote manager of tasks is find in some areas, but where we are is quite rural and tribal knowledge is most important.I know exactly who to call and for what.

You can manage remote from anywhere without paying the fees.

It is a Pro membership feature but the data is INSANE value for LTR metrics.
