I have 17 years of corporate RE and compliance experience, so the LIHTC reporting and annual financial audit does not scare me.  

I am new to RE investing, and hoping to tap the collective power of this awesome group in starting my RE journey.

I like the team approach these days get on a team and get paid to learn the bizz.But RE sales is not for everyone thats for sure..

RE is a get rich slow game and there are increasing number of people talking about how difficult it is to retire from your day job even with large numbers of rentals because cash flow is thin.On the one hand there is the Small But Mighty portfolio mentality which I believe is a book in the BP store by Chad Carson.

Personally I am looking to grow in RE and buy a 2nd home in LA/SD and eventually buy a multifamily complex.
