Hi everyone, I've been lurking for a little while and feel that it's about time that I get my feet wet in the industry.

I am a licesnsed affiliate broker here in town already, but I am looking to get my feet wet in purchasing my first flip or rental project.

Based on my google maps street view that was updated six months ago, it appears numerous pickets are missing at random intervals.

There are numerous investing opportunities in Scottsdale including single family homes, condos, townhouses, as well as pockets of 2-4 unit multis in prime areas.

I would love to work alongside people who are currently in the industry to network and get my feet wet.

I'm trying to get my feet wet in "courthouse steps" foreclosure auctions.

I kind of feel it's a nice way to get my feet wet and like the low maintenance aspect.

But, I think I am almost ready to get my feet wet and learn by experience.

Another weirdness that you may or may not face...many of the homes were continually having big wet spots appear in/on the slabs, hundreds of people, were calling leak detection services, thinking an underground plumbing leak was causing these mystery wet spots.

Is the basement wet?
