Not knowing the industry, it seems like my best chance would be with an individual or small outfit that would have that flexibility.

Apparently these outfits often don't actually complete the sale and you are still on the hook.My sale was a win-win-win:1.

I tried one Virtual assistant outfit but couldn't answer phone calls etc. 

Maybe sell it to Walmart or some other big outfit like that [???]

This is such a cool outfit I just don't know if I can part with it.

Trust me, on this one, my crew was fully outfitted, neg Air, Scrubbers...the works! 

I will be in Chicago for business, with lots of time on 10/19 to 10/23 (AM).I plan to check out the local real estate market, maybe visit a turnkey outfit, or two.

I personally would not buy and hold anything in that state.. because of these reasons.And it also appears your turn key out fit up front did not do a great rehab job.did you get properties inspected prior to closing? 

There are a lot of good outfits out there, but unfortunately, there are a lot of bad ones, too.None of them will train you for $997. 

And let me tell you, those prices add up quick when you need to outfit three units with ovens, fridges, HVACs, and water heaters.Suffice it to say, if you're looking to buy a property to BRRRR it, then it's not going to be close to turn-key.
