There are many variables that affect the price of a roof replacement and I have seen a very wide range of prices.

Lenders that have flexibility to originate in multiple states and have a wide range of programs available provide more value. 

It's incredible how much you can get done by simply:- Treating your VAs well, like people with feelings and families to provide for (because they are!)
