While these points all seem somewhat scattered and unrelated they actually illustrate the uncertainty and what may be categorized as panic buying.Personally, I think there is a strong chance of a correction or at least abrupt stabilization in the 2022 spring market, but prices should continue to increase at least until that time and possibly beyond.

Here are some illustrations of what I offer:- keep your current lease in a month-to-month rhythm for $X per month.- Swap up to a 6-month lease for $Y per month.- Upgrade to a 2 year lease for $Z per month.I usually summarize this with something like "I'm up for whatever is best for you, so just let me know which of these works out best for you and I'll write it up!"
