Real Estate Partnership Structures
Hi everyone! I have a few rental properties and have a business partner from another business that wants to invest in real estate with me. I would love to scale and grow my portfolio as quickly as possible, but used the majority of my liquidity in a purchase a few months ago. I’m looking for ideas on how to structure the partnership. My partner had slot of cash on hand and wants to invest, I have little to none to contribute but found a property, can serve as the property manager, am able to provide value based on my experience. I’m also somewhat handy and can make some of the needed updates to the home, I would like to find a scenario where we could be 50/50 partners. Can anyone recommend partnership structures for this scenario? Thanks!!!
