How to deal with my tenants when I need to raise the property rent amount? And how avoid losing them?

Hi @Weam Banna, this is the context that I most enjoy using a Menu of Options in.  I share with my tenants that I'm trying to navigate the present atmosphere and I don't know what is best for them, so I want to put a few options in front of them.  Here are some illustrations of what I offer:

- keep your current lease in a month-to-month rhythm for $X per month.

- Swap up to a 6-month lease for $Y per month.

- Upgrade to a 2 year lease for $Z per month.

I usually summarize this with something like "I'm up for whatever is best for you, so just let me know which of these works out best for you and I'll write it up!"
