Personally I do not think so, and I'm putting my money where my mouth is as I'm currently under contract to sell my home and buy a new one.

Almost all of our investors come from word of mouth and end up investing in subsequent deals after their first.

I was mocking the people who ripped on Arbitrage as an investment strategy (...and bad mouthed me personally behind the scenes).

In 6 months I'd say you'll be a much happier person with $250k in the bank vs one with a property they bought 6 months earlier for $250k.
