@Ray Danishyar I honestly just chat to people anywhere that I go (gym, out, restaurants, etc.) and someone always seems to know someone.

The building also had a rooftop pool, pet spa, cardio gym, weight gym, and a deli/cafe on the first floor.

Townhomes/Condo's may offer highly attractive community features (i.e. resort-like pools, very nice gyms, clubhouses, etc.) that may be very desirable to prospective owner/tenants.  

Wichita Falls is also the home of world famous Starting Strength gyms.

Laminate tends to be only in certain rooms (gym, office) that are avoiding what would be traditionally a carpet room like a bedroom. 

Gym 4 days/week. 

@Scott M.She said the apartment complex offered amenities such as swimming pool and gym but they have had them closed due to COVID.

Being within reasonable distance to a city, restaurants, HEBs as opposed to walmart, domain, gyms, ect. is generally a safer bet. 

My primary job is as a nurse with long hour days amongst other things I prioritize like gym, reading, side hustles, etc.
