But I will say you most likely will not be able to get as high of rents than other places in NH like Keene, Concord, Nashua, or Manchester.

They work overnight and aren't too keen having to be woke up with people shuffling through their house, which it is until their lease is up.

Hello all , I could use some advice tying these deals together we have amassed a decent buyers list with their avatar, and have direct and 2nd positions on the sell side however most of the contracts we have Don’t have us structured in on the seller side as we are not licensed brokers. buyers have not been keen on signing our fee agreement contract.
