Commercial consultant questions
Hello all , I could use some advice tying these deals together we have amassed a decent buyers list with their avatar, and have direct and 2nd positions on the sell side however most of the contracts we have Don’t have us structured in on the seller side as we are not licensed brokers.
buyers have not been keen on signing our fee agreement contract. Is their a standard fee agreement contract that everyone is using to secure position other than being the sole contract holder. Forgive my novice questions and if I need to clarify more please let me know and or reach out.
