I am glad to have generated such a healthy dialogue/debate.  

Instead, the email dialogue went like this: Roofstock Zack “Roofstock will notify your property manager that your property has closed and transfer all documents such as tenant contact information, lease, ledger, and final HUD.”

This is much needed dialogue.

My sense from this transaction and the way the dialogue is going that I am not the only one pushing back.  

Pretty crazy how much a suit and tie can change the dialogue of conversations.
