It's fun to start soaking in all you can about real estate investment, and BP is a great place to do it.

It's not the most fun thing in the world, but you're probably pretty close to the Thruway Exit in Henrietta, and most of Syracuse is pretty close to an exit as well.

I quickly figured out that wholesaling was also not too fun because you can work a lead for quite sometime and it can lead to nothing.
