A lot of people come to BP to learn about real estate investing and so I thought it would be fun to take it one step further..  Many investors on this site are using "finance hacks," (some simple and some complex) that have helped them build their real estate portfolios as well as their wealth.  What finance hacks are you using/have you used to get ahead?
