We purchased another house and are finishing remodeling it and have about 20k left to spend to finish and move it (cabinets and countertops) and this will be our primary residence.

I just closed on one last month and we are finishing up rehab now.

You have to build a good personal profile to the attain business credit!

So being able to work with my father and his company is a huge advantage so I think I’ll be able to turn a decent amount of equity by the time we finish
