My family loves second or third generation strip centers in the 50k sf - 250k sf range.We are mostly in the Midwest and Southeast and own 38 centers in 19 different states totalling close to 6,000,000 sf.We only buy deals where the upside is greater than the down side.Let me know if you have anything that would match our appetite.

Hello, I'm looking to purchase a small 7 units (185k) in Birmingham AL and called almost all the local banks and the general consensus is the deal isn't within their appetite for one reason or another (being in CA buying in AL, loan too small was a few factors for these bank).
