can any list brokers check against your current list(to avoid dup

duplicates? I just checked out listsource and they cannot. I'm wondering if any do because it seems like it'd be an important feature for those not just starting to obtain lists that already have one/some who'd obviously not want to purchase leads they already have. Anyone know more about this, if any list providers can do this? Thanks
