Bill Gulley Those Ruby errors are the BP servers falling on their sword ;-) Either there is an error in some of the new code being introduced or, more probable in the event of a 522 error, the server is taking too long to respond.

There were major server issues that hit the site this evening which have since been fixed.  

@Badri Varadarajan can comment more, but I believe cameras talk wireless to the local hub and picture quality would not be degraded as we are uploading data over wifi to remote server.

Anyway, as it seems I am a little gun shy all of a sudden, and clearly a little rusty on my contacts for this process, I am looking for a good referral for a process server in the Phx / Scottsdale, AZ area.Thanks BP!

Hello everyone,In the past four weeks, I have used two servers to give my tenant a Five Day Notice at the apartment and 3 workplaces without any result.  

The defendant has to be served, either by the sheriff or a private process server.  

It operates "over" a data source, such as a simple Excel spreadsheet (my case) or a SQL server connection. 

Working with a remote CPA who has experience in real estate is better than working with a local CPA who does not serve real estate investors.

There were supposed to be 4 batches but the server crashed so they put all the certs in 1 batch and extended the time.  

@Demetrius Fowler that is exactly what I did. 3 years ago when I was working as a server my wife and I realized we couldn't currently afford to buy in LA, so we would buy in PS, rent it out as a vacation rental, and rent in LA.
