Need Process Server Referral in Phoenix AZ?
Man, I haven't had to evict a tenant in a while.....i Know, good problem to have.
However, I am now faced with having to evict a Tenant. I have issued the 5 day, and have filed the eviction notice with the court and have my court date. Now I need to serve the Tenant by process server.
I thought this would be an easy Goggle search. However, the first 2 businesses that I called, led me to the speak to the same woman (different company name and website, and even a different number, but the same woman). She sounded like I caught her in the middle of TV watching with friends.
So, I went back to Google and did some more searching. Everything I pull up looks questionable. One company I spoke to said that they won't start the process until 2-3 business days AFTER receiving the file and payment. What are they waiting for?!
Anyway, as it seems I am a little gun shy all of a sudden, and clearly a little rusty on my contacts for this process, I am looking for a good referral for a process server in the Phx / Scottsdale, AZ area.
Thanks BP!
