With Waco’s tourism growth thanks to Magnolia Market, how do short-term rentals affect the local RE market?

I don't know how much mental capacity I would have to handle it without it affecting my schooling. 

I've had a few repeat guests that book direct.

IMO It's only important to consider school districts when you run the numbers on a deal because if your comps are in a different school district, that might affect your ARV.

Or "simply cost of doing business", they keep repeating - (an unprofitable business, it seems to me, but maybe I am just inexperienced?).

From there every 20 point increment affect pricing differently.
