This monetary relief should be a top priority for the administration but so far it hasn't borne much fruit. 

The Biden administration was told this would happen and proceeded anyways.

Deeding a property is basically a property transfer (of course unless it’s administrative such as adding / removing spouse’s name).

We would at least charge an administration fee to change the lease.

The process as I understand is we create a trust account and the SDIRA would be owned by trust and managed by IRS approved administrator.   

On the other hand, you have the costs and administration of forming LLCs in each of the property's State.

You would weigh this against the costs and administration of forming LLCs in the appropriate State.

This Lease is void if the Tenant is the head of a diplomatic mission or a member of thediplomatic staff of a mission, or a family member of a diplomatic staff of a mission, or administrative and technical staffor their family which entitled them to the diplomatic immunity accorded to such persons under the Vienna Conventionon Diplomatic Relations unless the diplomatic immunity accorded by law has been waived in writing by an authorizedrepresentative of the sending government.

All the Real Estate numbers aside, it is the time to Sell at these Tax rates before the new Administration destroys us with thousands of bad rules and fees and higher Taxes.

Again hopefully this has been done at some point since the Carter administration.
