CDC Eviction Moratorium Ends - Supreme Court Rejects Authority

As expected, the Supreme Court has rejected the CDC's attempt to continue the eviction moratorium. The Biden administration was told this would happen and proceeded anyways. Supreme court says congress needs to grant authority.
