For my state 25% of rent is the max I can get for pet deposit. 

It's a bit more expensive but definitely covers 10 properties (don't know what the max is or if there even is a max).  

Equity Max is a HML in south Florida and sends out a wholesale list as well in you google them. 

I have worked with many landlords and the max I have liquidated is 27.

Otherwise max is 70%.

@ Max, I was only referring to the areas I know being Harlem and East Bed Stuy.

They said they had thought about it (because he had done several other egregious things besides the little matter of putting my property in their trust) but they come from a very tightknit community (they're Greek, the lawyer is Greek, the lawyer was a former family connection and was recommended by the priest at their local Greek Orthodox Church, etc, etc) and they came to a point where they just wanted to move on.

It still is a 80%ltv but max is 20year.
