The optimist in me states that if I build something beautiful/unique, I can stand out.

They stand up in court when needed and unlike emails, are very difficult to spoof.

Also, I think the best way to stand out as a MTR or STR host is to offer amenities that other places don't have.

The upside that I see in  Borrego though,  is that the market is smaller and so it's easier to stand out. 

Maybe once I have a lot more disposable income and can stand to lose more, I'll increase that 5% allocation.What are your thoughts on selling your crypto to buy real estate?

That will make you truly stand out. 

I had to stand close to the machines I intended to use, scrolled through the available machines on the app and chose the machine #.  

Someone gives a talk and then goes and stands in the back to sell their services, but there's no pressure and the talk is valuable without anything further.
