What I did was took an old pic of my house and created an ad on postlets.com b/c they have a quick link to craigslist tab and I used catchy words like, 'rehabbers special' rehabbers dream' 'investors only, needs major work'................Now I know that's a little mis-leading however I did receive calls from the exact guys/girls I wanted calling me.

May be what they really need to do is to hire some people with investing experience to work with investors to get rid of the inventory instead of hiring the girl at the concession stand at the movies.I have never use a transactional lender, but I'm sure if you showed them maturing CDs they would fund the loan.

Thanks to real estate, I was able to adopt a little girl this year.

He has 2 children boy age 9 and girl age 13.

For the next round that goes out in the fall I will put my big girl pants on and knock on doors.
