How do people who acquire and manage STR's track the time for their Active Material Participation activities?

If you want to track what DSCR rates are doing, I would follow the US Treasury yields specifically for the 5 and 10-year treasury.

It may be a little more challenging with a new investor that has no track record with you.  

It would be interesting to track this property for a few years and see how its performing. 

It's not black and white, it all comes down to who that person is, their track record and the interview.

Well it is difficult to vet "Deal Automator" without actually using it or seeing this software in action and it is certainly possible that everyone who has ever purchased this is 100% satisfied.So I attempted to track down say 6 or 7 of Cody's Testimonials from 2012 through 2015.
