You need to do something soon, by the way because I would imagine Milwaukee is like Cleveland (Which is where most of my rentals are) in that you do NOT want to try to get renters from November through March because of the cold winter months.Either lower that rental price or.........you may not like this.......but advertise on GoSection8 for Section 8 tenants.

First thing my agents in Cleveland always asked me....

I ask because I have lived in the Southeast for almost ten years, but am originally from the Columbus, Ohio area and have a great interest in investing in multifamily properties in the Midwest (namely Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis).

I am getting ready to close on my first rental this week in the Cleveland area.

I haven't done any business with them but based on my observations of the properties listed on their site from the Cleveland market they aren't adding much if any value other than a nice website.

I'm a seasoned investor in the Cleveland area.

It guess I've stumbled onto something with my marketing reach, because I am getting leads lately from small towns about 30-40 minutes outside the city -- places like Wallis and Cleveland and so forth.  

It's no Indy or Cleveland, lol.
