Cleveland suburbs? Lakewood, Rocky River, Fairview
Anyone have any info i.e. rents, schools, crime, etc. ? Looking out of state and came across these areas as potential.

Lakewood taxs too high. rocky river is just too expensive. Fairview is ok. best returns are in Cleveland but boots on the ground are needed. much higher returns
