Can anyone refer a good Agent in Cleveland Ohio?

Hello everyone, I'm looking to purchase my first house and I need to find a good agent to help. First, what makes a good real estate agent? How would I know if they are good a agent after a few conversations with them? Second, if you have/know a good real estate agent in the area, I would love to hear about what makes you like them.
