Hurricane Ridge is closes to Port Angeles, but I wouldn't buy in PA.

Given my budget (~500k max, ideally more in 400-450k range) and Airbnb regulations, it seems like Arvada and Wheat Ridge are my best bets.

I know I have posted a few questions recently regarding Blue Ridge, but being first time investors in the area this forum has helped a ton so I appreciate everyone who responds!

I live near the Blue Ridge Parkway and know I could be successful with Air BnB.

Good neighborhoods include, parts of Carnegie, parts of Crafton, Bridgeville, Robinson Township, Settlers Ridge, parts of Moon, Bellview, Cranberry, Etna, etc.

I own 2 in North Georgia (Blue Ridge).

Those are all great suburbs to invest in, but have you considered the cities Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, and Westminster? 

I am open to other options in terms of building new but are you seeing any quicker turn arounds on permitting in the cities around Denver (wheat ridge, Lakewood, aurora, etc)?
